WEAVING THE WEB!!!!*-TIM BERNERS-LEE
WHEN I READ THE FIRST PARAGRAPH I WAS AMAZED ACTUALLY.IT TALKED ABOUT WHO BROUGHT US WWW. AND HTTP .HOW IT WAS CREATED AND BY WHO.TIM BERNERS-LEE, THE INVENTOR OF THE WORLD WIDE WEB, HAS BEEN SAID BY ONE OF TIME MAGAZINE AS ONE OF THE 100 GREATEST MINDS OF THIS CENTURY. HIS VISION OF THE WEB IS SOMETHING MUCH MORE THAN A TOOL FOR RESEARCH OR COMMUNICATION; IT IS A NEW WAY OF THINKING AND A MEANS TO GREATER FREEDOM AND SOCIAL GROWTH THAN EVER BEFORE POSSIBLE.THE WEB IS USED FOR SO MANY THINGS ...I CANT IMAGINE HOW LIFE WOULD BE WITH OUT IT...
NO GOOGEL,MYSPACE,YOUTUBE,FACEBOOK,
YAHOO,ETC..WEAVING THE WEB IS A WONDERFUL COMBINATION OF THREE DISTINCT SUBJECTS: THE HISTORY OF THE WORLD WIDE WEB, AN INFORMATIONAL ANALYSATION OF THE WEBS CURRENT STATE, THAT IS, WHERE IT STANDS IN THE MIDDLE OF 1999, AND WHERE IT'S FOUNDER THINKS IT IS HEADED TO.IN ALL….IT WAS A INTERESTING THING TO READ… HOPE TO READ MORE OF IT :D

Your reflection on Weaving the Web- Tim Berners-Lee was done very well. It was very well put, because if I wouldn’t have read chapter one; I would still know what it is about by reading your reflection on it, and I can’t imagine what life would be like without World Wide Web either!
ReplyDeleteI love reading about Tim-Bernes Lee too. I think he is great and awesome. I can feel how it would be like if we don't have the World Wide Web with us, and/or how it would be like if it suddenly disappear.
